Rosé de Syrah, Reservé, France - € 23,50 per bottle.
Colour: Intense Deep purple colour with garnet red tints.
Nose: At first violet and blueberry, the second nose develops spices and mocha aromas finishing on toasted oak notes.
Palate: Full bodied, rich and mellow with velvety tannins. Ripe fruit flavours on the middle palate, liquorice and spicy flavours on the finish. Long lasting.
Cellaring: If kept in good conditions (15° celsius and bottle laying down) the La Forge Estate Syrah will age perfectly for the next 5 years.
Food pairing: Best served at 17° C. Will go well with meat pies, game and grilled red meat, beef stews, medium flavour and hard cheese.
